You can connect the speakers to either the upper or lower terminal.

The Trapez Edition speakers are top-class loudspeakers with high-quality speaker chassis and a modern, unique, and elegant design! With their powerful speakers and a power of 360 watts RMS per cabinet, they offer plenty of power even for higher volumes and are a real visual highlight in any living room or party room! Thanks to the very clear highs, mids, and powerful bass, even at low volumes, they can be used universally, whether for parties, stereo systems, or as TV speakers. They feature a bi-wiring connection terminal that allows you to separately control the two 8-inch dual voice coil subwoofers (lower connection) and the mid and high-frequency range (upper connection). To do this, you only need to remove the two connecting bridges on the terminal (absolutely necessary if you want to connect a multi-channel amplifier or 2 stereo amplifiers)! This allows for perfect tuning between the bass and mid-high range.

If you want to operate the speakers normally with a 2-channel stereo amplifier in a 3-way system, it doesn't matter whether you use the upper or lower connection.
