Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement—for example, by email to uschade62@gmail.com or via the contact form in the main menu.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (e.g., personalized or custom-designed products).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

Returning an Item

To initiate the return of an item, you can contact us at uschade62@gmail.com or via our contact form. You may return an item within 30 days of delivery! The item must be undamaged and fully functional!

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding returns, you can contact us at any time at uschade62@gmail.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
